Something people will often say to me when they find out I don’t eat sugar is “I could not go without chocolate!” Well, you don’t have too!
Chocolate is made from the the cacao bean. This bean is really bitter! My brother in law eats them and gave me one to try. Dark chocolate has less sugar than milk chocolate so it is a bit more bitter.
The cacao bean is actually healthy! Who knew? What makes it unhealthy is all the sugar we put in it so we can eat it!

Also, when making these chocolates make sure your peanut butter is peanuts and salt only. Nothing else.
Please note: you will need to keep these in the fridge. The coconut oil will cause them to get soft.
Peanut Butter Chocolates
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
3 Tblsp whole peanut butter (only ingredients peanuts and salt)
1/4 cup melted extra virgin coconut oil
3 Tblsp raw unfiltered unpasteurized honey
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour into a mold or parchment lined bread pan.
- Freeze until solid.
- Pop out of mold or chop into pieces.
- Keep refrigerated.
