Yesterday I was going to the grocery store and saw an apple stand. I just had to stop and get some apples! I love produce stands and farmers markets! They are the best! You get fresh apples! Make fresh applesauce! And buy or make fresh apple cider!

I love to go to Mexican grill restaurants like Chipotle, FreeBirds, Cafe Rio, Costa Vida and order their salad. It’s like a burrito with lettuce and without the tortilla!
I am not a huge lettuce fan but I do really like salads when they are made with a lot of healthy ingredients. With lots of ingredients the lettuce tastes so much better!

One of the things I love is caramel! I do have a sweet tooth and I love that I don’t have to give the sweets up! As long as you use raw honey to sweeten instead of refined sugar or sugar substitutes you can still eat healthy.

I really like peanut butter cookies, especially with a little chocolate! In fact, I love peanut butter and chocolate! It is a great combination.
These peanut butter cookies are SO easy to make! You literally dump everything in a bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon. Drop on the cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Bake and enjoy!
