I can’t say enough about how yummy soup is! Every time I make soup my husband comments on how much he loves soup. And this taco soup did not disappoint!
We had some of our kids over when I made this soup and my daughter asked if she could take some of the leftovers because “it was so good!”
I like this taco soup recipe because it has a little kick to it.
One nice thing with cooking soup is if you are in a hurry you can cook it on the stove top or if you have some time you can cook it in your crock pot. I love the flexibility!
When eating a whole foods diet you don’t have to be in your kitchen all day cooking. You also don’t have to give up flavor.
In this recipe I have taco seasoning. I have found a taco seasoning that does not contain sugar. If you can not find one that does not contain sugar you can make your own.
Remember to always check the ingredients of everything you cook with. You will be surprised at how often sugar is in the food you eat every day.
I have been eating a whole food diet for 6 1/2 years due to my health. I am amazed at the good things it has done to my body! My fibromyalgia and arthritis are in remission. I have been able to improve my osteoporosis to the point that I no longer have osteoporosis! All without medication!! It is a sacrifice at first to eat this way but it quickly becomes a blessing.
