My mother-in-law, LuLu, gave me this delicious recipe for breakfast burritos. It is perfect for a crowd or to freeze and have on hand when you need a quick meal.
My mother-in-law has affectionately been called LuLu by her children, grandchildren, in laws, etc. for years. Anyways, she has made this for her family when they go visit her and all have really enjoyed it.
These breakfast burritos are great to eat right away or make ahead and freeze them.

Cinnamon rolls are another food I have gone without for a long time. How could we make cinnamon rolls without sugar? We have not eaten refined sugar in over 6 1/2 years. As I get braver and experiment more, I am finding ways to make our favorite treats that fit within our whole foods diet.
When my oldest son was in elementary school he would sometimes buy school breakfast. A side note: I did not know he was doing this for a long time. He would eat breakfast at home, then go to school and eat their breakfast if it was good. I would ask him why the lunch money was going so fast, and then finally the school asked me if I knew that he was eating breakfast at school. So funny what kids will do.

My husband LOVES apple fritters! I think he loves anything with baked apples.
I use whole wheat flour in this apple fritters recipe. Sometimes when using whole wheat flour it gives the recipe a heaviness. I like to use white wheat. That helps a lot with the heaviness.
The best wheat to use for this is soft wheat. I don’t have any soft wheat right now so I used the hard white wheat and it works great!
