Chicken Alfredo Pasta

We just had our kids and some friends over for dinner.  It is nice to have friends and family over and be able to visit and enjoy a good dinner.

Chicken Alfredo Pasta is great for a crowd.  It is easy to make a lot and who doesn’t like pasta and cheese!

Chicken Alfredo Pasta

This recipe has creole seasoning.  It adds just a little bit of a kick.

I started using creole seasoning when we lived in Texas but it is hard to find where I am living now so I order it on Amazon.  This is my favorite creole seasoning Tony Chacheres Seasoning Creole, 17 oz.

This is a dish that does need your attention.  You can’t walk away from it but if you are good at multi tasking you can cook several things at the same time and have it done in about 40 minutes.

Remember to look at ingredients on everything before you buy it and especially before you eat it.  You don’t want sugar or preservatives.  If it has something in it and you don’t know what it is don’t eat it.

Also, for the cream cheese and milk you want them whole.  Don’t eat part skim or fat-free.  When dairy is reduced fat it is processed more.  We want our food to not be processed.  Sometimes it can’t be avoided but we want it processed the very least we can.
