I remember as a kid making no bake cookies. One of my daughters loved making no bake cookies too. I think she liked making them because they are quick and easy. And YUMMY!
I wanted to have adults and children test these cookies before I shared them with you. I took some to my grandchildren. Both of my cute grandsons loved them!
My grandson had a friend over and he asked if the friend could have one. I said if it was okay with the friends grandma then it was okay with me. He went to ask the grandma and said “Can she have a cookie? They don’t have sugar in them!” Smart boy! 🙂

For your peanut butter you want the only ingredients to be peanuts and salt. One bad thing about using peanut butter that is natural is it tends to separate. I found that if I put it in the fridge upside down then when I open it to use it the liquid is now on the bottom instead of the top.
