My daughter requested that I make some caramel popcorn. I have already done a kettle corn recipe using honey but she wanted caramel corn.
It took me a couple of tries but I think we have a keeper!
Last week I gave my niece a bridal shower and made this caramel popcorn. Everyone loved it. I made a double batch and it was gone fast!

Once the popcorn is done put in a large bowl. Cook the honey and butter. Add to the popcorn then bake. So easy!
