Honey Garlic Chicken and Vegetables
I love the flavor of this honey garlic chicken! The sauce is poured over the chicken and then baked. This allows it to soak into the chicken while cooking and gives the chicken a great flavor.
This meal could be on your menu for a formal dinner or for a quick busy day kind of dinner. It will impress and satisfy a hungry appetite. This meal comes together so quickly. And because everything is thrown into one pan it makes clean up so fast and easy as well! That is a huge plus!
The sauce is easy to make. Just put all ingredients in your saucepan and heat until the coconut oil is melted and the raw honey is softened. Stir while heating so the ingredients are mixed well.
We had some of this left over so I cut the chicken up and used it in a salad. I kept it cold and it was perfect! What a versatile meal!
