A lot of my recipes call for Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. Coconut oil is so good for you! I feel like it is one of the things that has helped me with my inflammation and pain.
Ideally you should eat about 2 tablespoons a day. That may sound like a lot but as you start to cook with it you might be surprised at how often you can put it in your diet.

Life can get busy sometimes. It may seem like you don’t have time to eat healthy. For those times when you need a quick, easy and healthy dinner fajita chicken bake is perfect! Prep time is 5 minutes or less! And it is so good!
You will make it casserole style in a 9×13 baking dish. You can leave it casserole style and eat it with rice, veggies or make homemade tortillas and eat it fajita style.

Several years ago someone gave me a great baked beans recipe. It had ketchup, brown sugar (lots of brown sugar), molasses, etc. It was so good! Probably because of all the sugar!
We are having a family get together this weekend and one of the menu items is baked beans. When you are eating healthy and not eating refined sugar, baked beans are a big NO. So . . . instead of going without I decided to make my own. I think I have succeeded!
