Who doesn’t like pizza?! I have always thought of pizza as being healthy. You have a lot of the food groups in one dish. I love when I can get a real rounded one dish meal. 🙂 The only problem with pizza is the dough is usually made with white flour and sugar. Here is a solution for that.

I have been making homemade bread off and on for 29 years. There are a lot of recipes out there for homemade bread. I will say I am kind of picky when it comes to bread. This recipe is SO GOOD! My children have sold it to raise money for church camps. I have made it for Christmas gifts. It has never disappointed.
Our friends and family know we eat healthy. When we eat in a public setting like family reunions, church functions, etc. the first thing people try to do is steer us towards the gluten-free dishes. Gluten is not bad for you unless, of course, you are allergic to it. We love gluten! Is what we do not eat is white flour. White flour has been processed and all nutrients have been taken out then some have been added back in.

In the summer of 2007 I started feeling pain all over my body. I thought it was my thyroid being off kilter again. After blood tests we determined my thyroid was fine. My doctor told me to go to a rheumatalogist. My doctor’s mother had fibromyalgia and she thought maybe I could have it too.
After a lot of tests I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. The arthritis was in my back. Of course the doctor wanted to prescribe medication for the pain and inflammation.
I am not a huge fan of medication because of the side affects so I chose not to take any medicine. As the years went by the pain got worse. My back and neck always hurt from the arthritis. My whole body hurt from the fibromyalgia.
I could not stand at the sink and do dishes with my back the way it was. The all over pain was not a picnic either. My husband would give me a little love pat on my hip and it felt like he hit me. I did not want my children to snuggle with me or touch me because I hurt. That was not good for my family.
