Yesterday I was going to the grocery store and saw an apple stand. I just had to stop and get some apples! I love produce stands and farmers markets! They are the best! You get fresh apples! Make fresh applesauce! And buy or make fresh apple cider!
These cookies are great with some fresh apple cider! Or a tall glass of whole milk! Yum!!

One of the things I love is caramel! I do have a sweet tooth and I love that I don’t have to give the sweets up! As long as you use raw honey to sweeten instead of refined sugar or sugar substitutes you can still eat healthy.

I really like peanut butter cookies, especially with a little chocolate! In fact, I love peanut butter and chocolate! It is a great combination.
These peanut butter cookies are SO easy to make! You literally dump everything in a bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon. Drop on the cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Bake and enjoy!

My hubby loves chocolate cake! His favorite is chocolate cake with white frosting. When we stopped eating processed food, white flour, and refined, processed sugar chocolate cake went out as well.
We are happy that chocolate cake is back in our diet! This cake is yummy! It is now our go to cake for birthdays.
Several months ago we were invited to some friends house for dinner and was asked to bring dessert. We brought this cake. When the kids heard it was healthy they didn’t want anything to do with it. Their parents told them to try a small piece. The kids LOVED it! They came back for seconds and even thirds!
