Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes
Before I started eating healthy I only made pancakes from the prepackaged mixes. I have now learned that homemade is not much more work and tastes so much better!
The thing I like about these pancakes is that everything goes in your blender and there are only a few ingredients. You don’t even have to grind your wheat into flour. The whole kernel goes straight into the blender! Like I said, super easy to make!
You will want to put 2 cups of whole wheat in your blender along with 1 1/2 cups whole milk and blend on high for 4 minutes. You will then add the remaining ingredients. Blend until well mixed. You will then want to let it sit for 5 minutes.
Stir real well to mix the kernels.
You want your skillet to be heated on medium heat. Place butter on skillet so the batter does not stick to the pan.
